Unified (Thailand) Limited, a subsidiary of Unified Communications Pte Ltd, was incorporated in Thailand with principal activities include design and development of telecommunications solutions, project management, maintenance and support, as well as distribution of telecommunications products.

Unified Communications Sdn Bhd ranked 45th in the 2003 Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Asia Pacific Technology Fast 500, a prestigious award which identifies and recognizes top 500 fastest growing technology companies in Asia Pacific.

Ahead Mobile Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company between Unified Communications Sdn Bhd and Ahead Mobile Inc., Korea, was incorporated in Malaysia with principal activities include software engineering, system integration, project management, maintenance and support services for the telecommunications industry.

Unified Communications Sdn Bhd set-up a branch office in the Philippines.

Unified Communications Sdn Bhd ranked first in the Golden Bull Award 2003 for being the most outstanding small and medium enterprise in Malaysia. The award was organized by Nanyang Siang Pau, a chinese-language national daily newspaper in Malaysia, in collaboration with Nanyang Online and the Asia Pacific Centre for SMEs.

Unified Communications Holdings Limited was incorporated in Singapore with the objective to consolidate all businesses and subsidiaries under the holdings company.

Unified Communications Limited in Hong Kong was established as a subsidiary of Unified Communications Pte Ltd with principal activities include design and development of telecommunications solutions, project management, maintenance and support, as well as distribution of telecommunications products.

Unified Communications Pte Ltd was ranked 9th in the Enterprise 50 Awards, Singapore's 50 most enterprising private companies, jointly organized by Accenture, an international management consulting and technology services organization, and The Singapore Business Times, with support from the Singapore Economic Development Board and International Enterprise Singapore. Unified Communications Pte Ltd was also named as a Singapore SME 500 company in the Singapore SME 500 2002/2003 awards.

Advance Synergy, an investment holding company listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE), via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Worldwide Matrix, acquired a 70% interest in each of Unified Communications Sdn Bhd and Unified Communications Pte Ltd from Mr. Wong Tze Leng.

Attrix Technology Pte Ltd was appointed a non-exclusive authorized value-added distributor of telecommunications products and components by Intel.

Attrix Technology Pte Ltd, Singapore and Attrix Tech Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, wholly owned subsidiaries of Unified Communications Pte Ltd and Unified Communications Sdn Bhd respectively were set-up to undertake the distribution business of telecommunications products.

Unified Communications was awarded the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC) of Malaysia. The MSC was designated as the technology hub by the Malaysian Government.

October 2000

Linear Corporation, an investment holding company listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE), via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Primeace Holdings, acquired a 25% interest in each of Unified Communications Sdn Bhd and Unified Communications Pte Ltd from Mr. Wong Tze Leng.
